Once the sourcing fee is received, I will source 2–4 carefully selected diamonds that align with your budget and preferences, which you'll be able to view through 360° animated videos.

After reviewing the options, you'll select your top 2 favorites, and I will place them on a 24-hour hold. I'll then pull the stones for in-person inspection and provide you with pictures and videos so we can decide together which one is the best fit for you!

Depending on your preferences, if I don't have stones readily available, I'll pull them from a shared global database used by jewelers worldwide. That's why the turnaround time is so quick once you receive your options via video. If you don't love any of the initial options, no worries—it's back to the drawing board for me!

If you'd like me to set your stone, you can send over any inspiration photos or ideas you have, and we'll work together to create a custom design just for you. Once we've discussed the direction, I'll provide a general quote for the setting.

If you're comfortable with the quote, a $50 non-refundable CAD fee is required to begin the design process. I'll then create a CAD rendering so you can visualize the piece. This is your opportunity to request any changes before moving forward.

Once you approve the CAD and the final cost of the setting (based on the gold weight), a 50% deposit is required to begin production.

Please allow 4–6 weeks for the full process of designing, producing, and finishing your custom ring. If you need a rush order, just let me know and we can discuss timeline options.

After production is complete, I'll send final photos to ensure everything matches your vision. Once approved, I'll collect the remaining 50%, and your piece will be shipped to you!
